You don't have to be born in Latvia to become a key part of the national team!

Rachel joined the national team in 2013 to honor her Latvian roots. In the US, she is an inspiring science teacher and high school head coach in New Jersey. Her dedication was recently recognized with her induction into the Upstate Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
SourceJamie, representing Ohio State University, was the offensive leader for the Latvian national team at the 2022 World Championship, scoring 17 goals and 22 points, including the game-winning goal against Sweden.
