Rachel Lasda Joins Upstate Lacrosse Hall of Fame
Our national team assistant coach and player Rachel Lasda’s impressive career is honored! Rachel joined the team in 2013 relying on her Latvian heritage, and since then she has participated in World and European championships both as an inspiring player and coach. Day-to-day, she works in the US as a science teacher and high school head coach in New Jersey, continuing to play at the highest level and setting a great example.
